(1) Shapiro Ventures purchased, as part of the Company's public offering which closed on February 16, 2018, 23,529 units with each unit consisting of one share of our common stock, $0.001 par value per share (the "Common Stock"), and two warrants each to purchase one share of Common Stock, of Blink Charging Co. at a public offering price of $4.25 per unit.
(2) These amounts do not include the 5,345 shares of Common Stock and 10,200 options to purchase shares of Common Stock directly held by Mr. Shapiro, as previously reported on his Form 3 filed on February 26, 2018.
