Mike Battaglia is an accomplished executive with 30 years of global experience driving growth, operational excellence, and profitability across multiple industries. As President and CEO of Blink Charging, he leads the company's global expansion in EV infrastructure. Mike played a key role in growing Blink’s revenue from $2.6M to $140M from 2019-2023. He previously spent 14+ years at J.D. Power, where he drove $100M in revenue. Recognized for visionary leadership, Mike is passionate about sustainable energy solutions.

Ritsaart is a serial venture entrepreneur and investor. He is currently Chief Executive Officer at Incision, a rapidly growing medical platform. Prior to this, he founded NewMotion in 2009 and grew the company as Chief Executive Officer to become the market leader for EV charging in Europe. By focusing on what’s really important for EV drivers and charge locations, NewMotion became the fastest growing and most intensively used charging network worldwide and has also been a leader in creating sustainable energy solutions for EV drivers and charging locations.

Jack Levine joined Blink Charging’s Board in 2019 and serves as Audit Committee Chairman and a qualified SEC financial expert. He also serves on the boards of Strawberry Fields REIT and EZFill Holdings, where he holds audit leadership roles and oversees financial reporting and governance. Mr. Levine brings decades of public company oversight experience, with prior board positions spanning healthcare, life sciences, banking, and financial services, including Pharmanet, Provista Diagnostics, and Beach Bank, where he consistently chaired audit committees. A licensed CPA in Florida and New York, he brings deep expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and tax, paired with hands-on oversight of complex, growth-oriented businesses. Mr. Levine holds degrees from Hunter College and NYU and brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to oversight, with a focus on strengthening transparency, controls, and decision-making as Blink scales.

Glen Moller is a seasoned executive with a record of building and scaling operationally complex businesses in both public and private settings. Currently, he is CEO of Upward Health, which he led through four rounds of private equity funding, building a national technology-powered platform serving complex patients in their homes. His efforts at Upward Health earned him the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 award for New York and secured a spot in Inc Magazine’s Inc 5000 three years in a row as a Top Ten fastest-growing private company.  Prior to Upward Health, Moller led several other fast growth companies in healthcare and insurance.  His background includes senior roles at Centene, Express Scripts, Fidelis Senior Care, and ArroHealth.  He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and brings operational rigor, governance experience, and capital discipline aligned with Blink’s infrastructure-led strategy. 

Dennis Schemm is the CFO of Fox Factory Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: FOXF), a manufacturer of high-performance automotive, powersports, and cycling products with $1.5 billion in annual revenue. A three-time public company CFO, he has built his career at companies facing inflection points: scaling Trex through hypergrowth to a peak market capitalization of $16 billion; carving Continental Building Products out of Lone Star and exiting to Saint-Gobain for $1.4 billion; and, at Fox Factory, leading acquisitions, cost transformation, and capital structure work with active board and shareholder engagement. He has also served as President of Fox Factory's Aftermarket Applications Group, a business representing more than one-third of enterprise revenue, carrying direct P&L responsibility in addition to the CFO role. His background includes senior roles at Armstrong World Industries, Monsanto, and Danaher, where he developed sharp operating discipline. He holds dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Accounting from Penn State University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He brings deep financial, operational, and governance expertise to support Blink's long-term growth strategy.
