Mike Battaglia is an accomplished executive with 30 years of global experience driving growth, operational excellence, and profitability across multiple industries. As President and CEO of Blink Charging, he leads the company's global expansion in EV infrastructure. Mike played a key role in growing Blink’s revenue from $2.6M to $140M from 2019-2023. He previously spent 14+ years at J.D. Power, where he drove $100M in revenue. Recognized for visionary leadership, Mike is passionate about sustainable energy solutions.
Ritsaart van Montfrans
Chairman
Ritsaart is a serial venture entrepreneur and investor. He is currently Chief Executive Officer at Incision, a rapidly growing medical platform. Prior to this, he founded NewMotion in 2009 and grew the company as Chief Executive Officer to become the market leader for EV charging in Europe. By focusing on what’s really important for EV drivers and charge locations, NewMotion became the fastest growing and most intensively used charging network worldwide and has also been a leader in creating sustainable energy solutions for EV drivers and charging locations.
Jack Levine, CPA
Director
Jack Levine became a member of Blink Charging's Board in December 2019 as a qualified SEC financial expert and chairman of the audit committee. Since June 2021, he has served on the Board of Directors and as a qualified SEC financial expert of Strawberry Fields REIT, Inc. (NYSE: STRW), a public company specializing in the acquisition, ownership and triple net leasing of skilled nursing facilities and other post-acute healthcare properties. As of June 2021, Mr. Levine has served as chairman of the Audit Committee for EZFill Holdings Inc and as a qualified SEC financial expert (NASDAQ: EZFL) an app-based mobile fueling company.
Mr. Levine's previous board memberships included Provista Diagnostics, Inc., a cancer detection and diagnostics company focused on women's cancer, from 2011 to 2018 (also serving as chairman of its audit committee); Biscayne Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company discovering and developing novel therapies based on growth hormone-releasing hormone analogs; Grant Life Sciences, a research and development company focused on early detection of cervical cancer, from 2004 to 2008 (also serving as chairman of its audit committee); and Pharmanet, Inc., a global drug development services company providing a comprehensive range of services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, generic drug and medical device companies, from 1999 to 2007 (also serving as chairman of its audit and other committees). Mr. Levine also served as a director and audit committee chair of Beach Bank, a community bank, from 2000 to 2006, Prairie Fund, a mutual fund, from 2000 to 2006, and Bankers Savings Bank, a community bank, from 1996 to 1998, and was a member of the audit committee of Miami Dade County School Board, the nation's third largest school system, from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Levine is a certified public accountant licensed by the States of Florida and New York. He also is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Association of Audit Committee Members and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Levine received a B.A. degree from Hunter College of the City University of New York and an M.A. from New York University.
Mr. Levine demonstrates extensive knowledge of complex financial, accounting, tax and operational issues highly relevant to our growing business. Through his decades of service as a board member, he also brings significant working experience in corporate controls and governance.
Martha J. Crawford
Director
Dr. Crawford is an international businesswoman and recognized expert on technological innovation. She brings corporate C-suite experience from the environmental services and energy sectors, as well as a decade of environmental policy experience, making her highly qualified to serve on our Board. Dr. Crawford, has been an Operating Partner at Macquarie Asset Management, the world’s largest private equity fund in the environmental infrastructure domain, since October 2021. From 2016 to 2021, Dr. Crawford worked in academia, teaching corporate governance and energy innovation for three years on the faculty of Harvard Business School (2016 to 2019), and serving for two years as Dean of the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology at Sacred Heart University (2019 to 2021).
Glen Moller
Director
Glen Moller is a seasoned executive with a record of building and scaling operationally complex businesses in both public and private settings. As founder and current CEO of Upward Health, he has raised $78M in VC and PE funding, successfully building and leading a nationally expanding platform with disciplined execution and governance. His efforts at Upward Health earned him Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 award and secured the company a spot in Inc Magazine’s Inc 5000 List three years in a row as a Top Ten fastest-growing private company in the U.S. His background includes senior roles at Centene, Express Scripts, Fidelis Senior Care, and ArroHealth, where he led rapid expansion in dynamic and evolving industries. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and brings operational rigor, governance experience, and capital discipline aligned with Blink’s infrastructure-led strategy.
