Brendan is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Blink Charging, responsible responsibility for leading the company's global business interests, including sales, operations, growth initiatives and investments in strategic alliances around the world. Brendan is an EV pioneer with over 25 years of experience in the automotive and EV charging industry. He has established himself as an industry expert and a leading force in the development of electric vehicles, having led the team that launched the Nissan Leaf to one of the first to build the EV infrastructure industry. Brendan is responsible for the company’s growth, leading sales, operations, growth initiatives, and investments in strategic alliances.
Ritsaart van Montfrans

Ritsaart is a serial venture entrepreneur and investor. He is currently Chief Executive Officer at Incision, a rapidly growing medical platform. Prior to this, he founded NewMotion in 2009 and grew the company as Chief Executive Officer to become the market leader for EV charging in Europe. By focusing on what’s really important for EV drivers and charge locations, NewMotion became the fastest growing and most intensively used charging network worldwide and has also been a leader in creating sustainable energy solutions for EV drivers and charging locations.
Aviv Hillo, Esq.

Aviv is General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Blink Charging. He is a skilled international business lawyer with an established 28-year track record both in Israel and New York, handling cross-border transactions and litigations. Aviv is also an experienced executive and investor across a variety of industries, including defense technology, real estate, biotechnology, mobile apps, and internet marketplace platforms.
Jack Levine, CPA
Director
Jack Levine has been the President of Jack Levine, PA, a certified public accounting firm, since 1984. For more than 30 years, he has been advising corporations on financial and accounting matters and serving as an independent director on numerous boards, frequently as head of their audit committees. Mr. Levine is currently a director and chairman of the audit committee of SignPath Pharma, Inc., a development-stage biotechnology company, since 2010.
Kristina A. Peterson
Director
Ms. Peterson is the Chief Executive Officer of Mayflower Partners, a cleantech financial advisory firm, since 2000. She has led various solar energy investment companies, serving in senior investment, development, operations and asset management roles at Brookfield Renewable Partners (NYSE: BEP) and Terraform Power (Nasdaq: TERP) from 2015 to 2018, and serving in CEO, CFO and other senior management positions at EDF Renewable Energy, Suntech and Greenwood Energy from 2007 to 2015.

A distinguished former member of the United States House of Representatives and top White House advisor, Cedric is known for his foresight, keen political intuition, and his commonsense approach to business, policy, and government. Following his successful public service career, he founded Richmond & Company, a prestigious governmental affairs consulting firm. His decades of government and business expertise and experience provides a deep understanding of policy and public process.
Martha J. Crawford
Director
Dr. Crawford is an international businesswoman and recognized expert on technological innovation. She brings corporate C-suite experience from the environmental services and energy sectors, as well as a decade of environmental policy experience, making her highly qualified to serve on our Board. Dr. Crawford, has been an Operating Partner at Macquarie Asset Management, the world’s largest private equity fund in the environmental infrastructure domain, since October 2021. From 2016 to 2021, Dr. Crawford worked in academia, teaching corporate governance and energy innovation for three years on the faculty of Harvard Business School (2016 to 2019), and serving for two years as Dean of the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology at Sacred Heart University (2019 to 2021).
