EV Charging Services Now Available at Surfside Town Hall
MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Nov. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Car Charging Group, Inc. (OTCQB: CCGI) ("CarCharging"), a nationwide provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging services, announced a new partnership with the Town of Surfside, a beautiful oceanfront community located in South Florida. Through this relationship, EV charging services are now provided at the Surfside Town Hall, located at 9293 Harding Avenue, which is behind the town's Community Center and two blocks from the beach.
Incorporated in 1935, the Town of Surfside includes a tranquil and attractive residential neighborhood, multifamily condominium and apartment buildings, a traditional "home town" business district, as well as tourist facilities that welcome visitors year round. Surfside has earned a superb reputation as a family community and destination, offering a wide range of accommodations, resort facilities, shopping opportunities, and leisure activities. The EV charging services at the Town of Surfside utilize Level II EV charging stations, which provide 240 volts with 32 amps of power to quickly recharge an electric vehicle's battery. To initiate use and payment at this location, EV drivers can make direct payment via credit card.
