CarCharging and Downtown Memphis Commission Reach Agreement on Continued Operation of Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers
MIAMI BEACH, Fla., April 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Car Charging Group, Inc. (OTCQB: CCGI) ("CarCharging"), the largest owner, operator, and provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging services, today announced that it has finalized an agreement with the Downtown Memphis Commission in Memphis, Tennessee, for the operation and maintenance of 12 Blink Level 2 EV chargers. As a part of this agreement, CarCharging will own and operate the Blink EV charging stations in the commission's garages on Gayoso Avenue, N. Front Street, Peabody Place, and Washington Avenue.
