Michael D. Farkas

Michael D. Farkas
Founder, Executive Chairman, and CEO

Mr. Farkas is the founder and manager of The Farkas Group, a privately held investment firm. Mr. Farkas also currently holds the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Atlas Group, where its subsidiary, Atlas Capital Services, a broker-dealer, has successfully raised more than $200 million for a number of public clients until it withdrew its FINRA registration in 2007. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Farkas has established a successful track record as a principal investor across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, technology, aerospace and defense, and automotive retail.

Brendan Jones is the President at Blink Charging, responsible for sales, operations, growth initiatives, and investments in strategic alliances. With over 25 years of experience in the automotive and EV charging industry, he has established himself as an industry expert and a leading force in the development of EV infrastructure.

Harjinder Bhade

Harjinder Bhade
Chief Technology Officer

Regarded as a top mind in the EV charging industry, Harjinder has established himself as a thought leader in the technical field of EV charging and energy storage, building and leading highly motivated and effective teams. Before joining Blink, Harjinder was CTO at Engie Storage and Founder and VP of Software Engineering at ChargePoint, an EV charging infrastructure company.

Michael Rama

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rama joins Blink following nearly a decade with NV5 Global, where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From October 1997 until August 2011, Mr. Rama held various accounting and finance roles with AV Homes, Inc. (formerly known as Avatar Holdings, Inc.), including Principal Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller. Mr. Rama has nearly 30 years of experience in construction, development, and real estate management.

Aviv Hillo, Esq.

Aviv Hillo, Esq.
General Counsel

Aviv is a skilled international business lawyer with a 25-year established track record both in Israel and New York, handling cross-border transactions and litigations. Mr. Hillo is also an experienced executive and investor across a variety of industries, including defense technology, real estate, biotechnology, mobile apps, and internet marketplace platforms.

Miko de Haan

Miko de Haan
Managing Director Europe

Miko is a passionate advocate for clean fuel technologies and an experienced operator in the fields of clean energy and EV charging. Mr. De Haan comes to Blink at an exciting time where he can help lead and shape the company’s expansion into Europe. He joins the Blink Charging family as Managing Director for blink Holdings B.V., an Amsterdam based company overseeing Blink’s European operations.

Josh Winkler

Josh Winkler
Sr. VP, Product and Technology

Josh has nearly a decade of experience in the EV industry having been an instrumental member of the technology team of Blink’s predecessor, Ecotality. He has an in-depth understanding of product design for electric vehicle service equipment and is responsible for Blink’s design of the IQ 200 80-amp Level 2 AC charging station.

Michael C. Battaglia

Sr. VP, Sales and Business Development

Mr. Battaglia brings over 25 years of automotive and technology experience to Blink, including most recently as Vice President of Sales for the Global Automotive Division at J.D. Power. In this role, he had oversight responsibility for account directors and sales operations personnel that supported automakers across the industry. During his tenure, he successfully expanded the Company’s development of new business partnerships and strategic alliances.

Rebecca Gutierrez

Rebecca brings to Blink nearly twenty years of marketing experience and more than a decade of practical experience marketing for architecture, engineering, and construction industries. Her wealth of knowledge crafts Blink’s marketing and communication strategies and implements effective marketing efforts that drive sales and support Blink clients, members, and investors.

William Policastro

William Policastro
VP, Grants, Business Development and Account Management

Bill joined the Blink Charging leadership team during the acquisition of U-Go Stations, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation focused on DC fast charging, for which he was President & CEO for 11 years. Bill has over 15 years of professional legal experience in land use and over 11 years of significant emphasis in EV charging development and operations.

David Soens

VP, Grants Operations

After the U-Go Stations, Inc. acquisition, David joined the Blink Charging leadership team. As the co-founder and a managing member of this Pennsylvania corporation focused on DC fast charging, David comes with over a decade of experience in EV charging infrastructure, equipment deployment, and grant operations.

Aly Bonilla has nearly 25 years of experience in investor relations and broad financial Management. He holds the rare designation of an Investor Relations Charter. In his position, he communicates Blink’s story, strategy, and vision to the financial community. Aly has experience working in niche markets, and a proven record in driving investor and shareholder interest.

General Manager, Blink Mobility

Michael Uribe is a seasoned professional with nearly 11 years’ experience in in the field of carsharing. He brings his expertise in group mobility programs to Blink Mobility’s leadership team. Michael is uniquely qualified to lead our Blue LA Powered by Blink Mobility team; he has in-depth knowledge of the carsharing industry across many different markets, especially in the West.
